I was worrying if one of you could help me. I am a 30 years old. I have three children 13, 9, and 7 months. My question is over the last couple of years I have been unable to go with sugar. I wake up in the middle of the night at less three times a night looking for something sweet. I have stop buying cakes, ice cream, etc. I founded myself making french toast at three in the morning. I have gained weight. I don't know what to do I am scared. Can you please tell me what I can do?

hi i was wondering what was going on with me im a 23 year old woman i have 3 kids one is mine the other 2 are my step kids ages 1, 3, & 9 i started to noticed that everyday i get headaches some i feel nausiated some i just need to stay lying down with everything off im getting forgetful gumbling my words an i also take excedrin every other day it eases the pain alittle but i was wondering is it from doing to much because i work every morning 7days a week then come home an with the kids but my boyfriend does help or do you think something is wrong an need to get my head scanned i worry thinkin something is wrong with my brain an dont know why can you please help me

Hi, I am a physiotherapist from Ghana and I very much enjoy watching your program. I however realized today that the respond given to the man having back ache and sciatica was not complete because I was hoping that you would tell him about how the lumbar nerve root compressions by intervertebral disc prolapse or osteophytes or the sciatic nerve compression by the piriformis muscle among other things could cause his symptom. I also think he can benefit from treatment from a physical therapist or chiropractor. Thank you.
